Q. Who do you ship with?

A. We ship all packages using FedEx Ground service in order to ensure your package arrives safely, in a timely manner as well as economically. We do not use shipping as a profit center.

Q. Do you ship to PO boxes?

A. Unfortunately. NO. FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. Box (only the postal service can). Please ensure your address is a proper address without a P.O. Box otherwise your order cannot ship.

​Q. Why is my phone number required?

A. FedEx requires a phone number to ship any package should they need to contact you about your delivery. We’d also like to have your phone number in case there are questions or concerns with your payment. Rest assured, your phone number will not be used for any form of solicitation!

Q. Do I have to be available to sign for the delivery?

A. Yes, you do! In order for us to ensure your package is received, a signature will be require upon delivery by someone at your delivery address. You have the option to ship your program to an address that differs from your billing address in case that is more convenient for you.

Q. When can I expect the program to arrive?

A. Your program will ship within 3-7 business days of your purchase (as soon as your credit payment clears), and then allow for transit time of an additional 1 to 7 business days (dependent on where you are located) for your FedEx (ground shipment). Once you receive your tracking number you can view the specific timing of your delivery.

Q. Do you provide a tracking number?

A. Yes. once your order has shipped you will be sent a separate email where you will see your FedEx tracking number and a link you can click onto to check on the status of your package.
