The most practical aspect of our process lies in the fact that we utilize the inherent properties of nylon in order to create a durable and functional prototype. In the production of a 3D prototype, we use melted nylon powder in order to achieve a level of structure and flexibility that will further facilitate functionality of the model and present the closest representation of your product as possible.

The use of nylon also allows us to create the prototype using Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) technology, which allows us to build your model in pieces that can be assembled to work exactly the way that your prototype should. How else would you be able to create a fully functioning spring or a working hinge in a prototype that required it?

With other materials and processes such as SLA and resins, you aren’t able to create durable prototypes that would perform over and over like your final manufacture part would. SLS nylon prototypes can’t be beat when you need something as close as possible to your final product.
